As a programme collector for nearly 40 years I have built up a knowledge of issues and non issues regarding Hibs games. Thanks go to the following people who have helped me fill in the blanks enabling me to make this website as comprehensive as I can.
Dave Beattie.
I am always on the lookout for old Hibs photo’s, memorabilia that can be included on either this or the Hibs Stats site. I am in the process of researching team line ups and attendances from 1875 to present day. The information I find will be added to either this or the HIBS STATS website. Any information or scans regarding this will be gratefully received. I can be contacted at dave@hibsprogrammes.co.uk
Brian Johnston of Almondvale Programmes who allowed me photograph some of the rarer items on this site, Brian has also provided valuable information regarding issues and non issues.
Jim Jeffrey Author of several Hibs related books. Jim has generously sent me the script of his book “the Men who made Hibernian F.C” to use in the the player stats section on the HIBS STATS site. Jim has also shared his Hibernian data encouraging me to include more than just Hibs programmes on the site and as a result the sites will be works in progress for years to come.
A big thanks to Joe Gilhooley of the Celtic Collectors Club. Joe gave me invaluable advice when I first started to build the website. Joe often dropped me E-mails with invaluable advice advising me of different methods of doing things which has enabled me to get more info on the website than i would have been able to do.
Rikki Raginia author of the Hibs programme Guide has always answered any questions I have asked of him enabling me to fill in the programme blanks.
The staff of Arbroath and Dundee Libraries who have been superb in dealing with my many requests .
